Although pronounced husband and wife in an intimate Atlanta civil ceremony on August 3, 2007, newlyweds Usher and Tameka Foster wanted to share the happiness of their new marital status with those they love, and on September 1, 2007 approximately 200 guests gathered at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia to witness the couple one again pledge their love to one another. According to People magazine online, event organizer to the stars Diann Valentine, who has designed dream weddings for a roster of celebrities, including hip hop artists Kelis and Nas and actress Lela Rochon and director Antoine Fuqua, decorated the regal retreat's ballroom for a reception which was enjoyed by such notables as Oprah Winfrey's friend Gayle King and music manager Benny Medina, who sampled slices of a five-tier wedding cake draped in white chocolate from Perfect Endings, a California company which created a five-tier confection for Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's wedding day, a two-tier and a white chocolate butter treat for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's walk down the aisle.
